The aim of this course is to equip participants with the skills to lead and supervise cycle rides, on and off road, and to encourage cycling as a sustainable healthy activity in their local communities.
The course is a 1 day course for groups and on completion all of the participants will be able to organise and lead cycle rides.
NOTE: you do not have to be an National Standards Instructor to attend this course, although being a competent cyclist used to riding in a group is essential.
