Pokemon GO! Bike ride

Friday 26th August 2016, 2pm – 4pm.

A led bike ride around the parks of Northfield and Bournville to catch Pokemon.  The main start point is at Victoria Common in Northfield, you can also join the ride at various points around the route.  This ride is free, donations are welcome.  If you’re not bothered about Pokemon you are still welcome to come along for the bike ride!  There will be a small prize for the person who catches the heaviest Drowzee on the ride!

The ride is nearly all off-road (except for one short section on a cul-de-sac) and is suitable for all ages and abilities.  All bikes, trikes, scooters, balance bikes are welcome. Suitable for all ages.   Children under 13 should be accompanied by an adult.

We have a small number of iPads/iPhones available for participants to share during the ride, please bring your own device if you can.  If you’re not bothered about Pokemon, you’re still welcome to come on the bike ride!

Booking is essential for health and safety purposes.  Please book and tell us about everyone who is coming with you.

The pace will be gentle and we will go at the pace of the slowest rider.  There will be scheduled stops and you are welcome to stop for a rest if you need to.  We strongly recommend that adults wear a helmet, and we politely request children to wear a helmet.

Anyone who books a place on this ride will be entered into a draw to win a free one-to-one cycling tuition session (normal cost £20).
